When having a spray tan please follow the following guidelines:

Before the tan:

* Exfoliate the night before your tan.

* We recommend sleeping in your tan to get the most out of it - an old sheet / towel on the bed will protect your mattress.

* Moisturise from top to toe no less than an hour before your tan - focus on areas of dry skin.

* Bring loose, dark clothing to wear after your spray tan - do not forget your brolly if its raining!

* Wax/Shave 24 hours before tan

* Remove deodrant and make up.

After your tan:

* Avoid touching your tan as this can stain your palms.

* No exercise during development time.

* Avoid water during development time.

* Continue to wear loose clothes.

* Avoid long hot baths as this may shorten the life of the tan
